  1. Coverage
    MasterBeast guarantees that every new display is free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for thirty-six (36) months from the original purchase date.

  2. What We Will Do
    If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option:
    (a) Repair the unit free of charge, or
    (b) Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality.

  3. What Is Not Covered
    This warranty does not apply to:

  • damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

  • cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents;

  • normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., slight brightness change);

  • units that have been opened, modified, or repaired by non-MasterBeast personnel.

  1. How to Claim
    Email support@masterbeast.com with your order number, serial number, and a short description of the issue. We will reply with return instructions within two business days.

  2. Limitation
    THE WARRANTY ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND INSTEAD OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MASTERBEAST’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
