Terms of service.

  1. Acceptance
    By visiting, shopping or accessing any MasterBeast website, mobile site, or related services (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase products through the Site.

  3. Orders & Payment
    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received before shipment.

  4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
    Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is handed to the carrier. Shipping dates are estimates only; MasterBeast is not liable for delays.

  5. Limited Warranty
    Products are covered by the separate MasterBeast Warranty published at /warranty. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED THEREIN, MASTERBEAST DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASTERBEAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

  7. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by MasterBeast or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without prior written consent.

  8. User Conduct
    You agree not to: upload viruses or malicious code; collect data from other users; engage in unlawful, misleading or fraudulent activity; or interfere with the Site’s operation.

  9. Third-Party Links & Services
    The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MasterBeast. We assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

  10. Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MasterBeast, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

  11. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

  12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

  13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at /terms with a new “Effective date.” Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  14. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
